You will find details below of the current international contract services which you can use up to the 30th January 2011.

Mail Services

Our range of services have been established to meet all customer needs, from those who wish to do minimal preparation and despatch their mail quickly, to those who have full sortation capability and want to avail themselves of the lowest cost.

All you need to do to qualify to use them is spend a minimum of £5,000 per annum across the portfolio with the exception of Destination Sort where the value is £10,000 per annum. We offer:

International Tracked and Secure Services

These services provide extra peace of mind along with additional compensation. As an International Contract services customer you′ll receive a discount off standard prices.

You have 2 options:

• Contract Airsure: A secure, fully tracked delivery service from the UK to 31 overseas destinations. Your item receives priority handling and you get delivery confirmation.
• International Contract Signed For: A secure service available worldwide, which is tracked up to leaving the UK. A signature is taken on Delivery.

International Mixed Mail

A convenient way of despatching a mixture of different formats of mail.

You have 3 options:

• Premium Unsorted: For total convenience just put all your mail in a bag. Royal Mail will do the rest.
• Unsorted: Send Mail with a sales order detailing the volume and weight being posted. (As you are not separating mail to the EU from the Rest of World, VAT will be applied to all mail).
• Zone Sort: You can make greater savings by sorting your mail into two zones: EU and Rest of World.

The economical way to send direct mail, letters, bills and invoices up to 100g.

You have 3 options:

• Unsorted: Save time by giving Royal Mail your letters split by service speed with a sales order (VAT will be applied to all mail).
• Zone Sort: Save money by sorting your mail into two zones. EU and Rest of World.
• Country Sort: Make further savings by sorting your letters into alphabetical order by country. Prices are country specific. Minimum posting volumes apply.

International Flats

The economical way to send your large letters, magazines and catalogues up to a weight of 500g.

You have 3 options:

• Unsorted: Save time by giving Royal Mail your flats sorted by service speed, along with a sales order. (VAT will be applied to all mail).
• Zone Sort: Save money by sorting your flats into two zones. EU and Rest of World.
• Country Sort: Save even more by sorting your flats into alphabetical order by country. Prices are country specific. Minimum posting volumes apply.

International Packets

The cost effective way to send packets, weighing up to 2kg (5kg for printed matter).

You have 3 options:

• Unsorted: Just give Royal Mail your packets split by service speed with a sales order. (VAT will be applied to all mail).
• Zone Sort: Take advantage of lower prices and country specific pricing when posting more than a 1,000 packets.
• Country Sort: Save money by sorting your mail into two zones. EU and Rest of World.

International Destination Sort

This is the best service if you′re able to sort your own mail and you spend more than £10,000 a year on your International Contract Services. You can post all formats and earn discounts by pre-sorting mail to our in-country mail handover points in most cases this is one location however countries such as USA have four For Western Europe you will also be required to sort by format to the handover point.

In addition if you′re sending printed material (such as newspapers and books) to a single address overseas, save money by using a labelled ‘M-Bag’, as these require no sorting on their journey.
